I missed the deadline for that other job I was going to apply for.
And it was a good one.
It was an Admin Assistant position, which is a little beneath what I've been working for the last 6 years to accomplish, but it was a rotational position with DFAIT - Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade - which would have taken me overseas to exotic locales.

Hang in there, sweetie. I have been reading your blog from work and I am sorry you have had a hard few weeks. I do think your hair looks awesome, and you take care of yourself. I'm pretty jet-lagged from my trip, but I'm here to listen to any of your posts. Hang tough.
